Maggie’s day-to-day responsibilities include user research, ideation, interaction design, and client advocacy. <br /> <br />Maggie joined the Austin office of Avenue A | Razorfish after spending more than 3 years as Senior Information Architect at Dell Inc. <br /><br />Prior to that, Maggie spent 6 years at IBM Global Business Consulting, working on large-scale web sites where she reorganized information hierarchies in ways that supported growth, management, navigation and ease-of-use. <br /><br />A sought-after expert and evangelist for cutting-edge media technology and strategic design, Maggie has experience spanning across Fortune 500 clientele, including Southwest Airlines, AT&T, Panasonic, State Farm Insurance, MeadWestVaco, DaimlerChrysler and Verizon. <br /><br />Raised and educated in South Africa, Maggie has been living the US since 1997. She holds a M.
